Why was Terra Homes Formed?
Terra homes was formed out of a desire to build homes of exceptional value and quality in an around the Spokane area.
A Little About Steve, Terra Homes Founder
Steve C. Edwards has been building quality homes in the Seattle area since 1986. Steve is a graduate of the University of Washington and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. He has been active in the real estate and construction business all his working life as far back as high school. For more than 29 years Edwards has been building beautiful residential communities that include well over 1,000 homes of various designs. He has won numerous MAME (Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence) awards for his work creating communities. Edwards has also been honored with awards for quality construction and for unique storm water treatment. He serves on the Spokane Home Builders Association Board of Directors and is chairman of the Education Committee. He has also served in leadership roles with the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.
Edwards’s unique sensitivity to improving and enhancing the communities he builds homes in was noted in Everett’s daily newspaper The Herald on Sept.11, 2005. The story headline is, “Fitting In – Developer wants his homes to match Mukilteo’s style.”
