We are committed to making your home as healthy as possible, from the materials and finishes used to our construction techniques. Healthy components and practices that you can expect in your new home include no VOC in the water lines within your new home, low VOC paint, fan circulated fresh air, formaldehyde-free and low VOC floor materials, and formaldehyde-free fiberglass insulation.
Sustainable practices that we employ are using certified wood products to save old growth trees, regional materials to save shipping costs, erosion and sediment controls, building with rapidly renewable resources and building materials that are manufactured with recycled materials, protections of topsoil, and recycling waste from our construction.
